Larney Leg

The simplest dish – all you need is leg quarters and a few ingredients from your spice rack!



  • 4 Chicken leg quarters
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • Paprika
  • Chopped onion
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional, if you don’t like spicy, don’t add this one!)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 220 °C.
  2. Mix all the herbs/spices together in a separate bowl.
  3. Rub mixture over chicken leg quarters and place in to a baking pan.
  4. Drizzle some olive oil over the leg quarters, and pop in the oven for 40-50 minutes.  Make sure you bake them until the juices run clear.
