The simplest dish – all you need is leg quarters and a few ingredients from your spice rack!
- 4 Chicken leg quarters
- Garlic powder
- Dried mixed herbs
- Chopped onion
- Cayenne Pepper (optional, if you don’t like spicy, don’t add this one!)
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 220 °C.
- Mix all the herbs/spices together in a separate bowl.
- Rub mixture over chicken leg quarters and place in to a baking pan.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the leg quarters, and pop in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Make sure you bake them until the juices run clear.
